The transit time and loading port depend on your forwarder's arrangement. Since you have your own forwarder in China, please check with them for the loading port, destination port and days on water.
For Foshan, we can usually ship from Nansha / Guangzhou or Shenzhen. We'll cooperate with your forwarder's arrangement.
Can you consolidate with my other suppliers?
Yes, we can deliver the goods to your forwarder's warehouse or the consolidation point in China. The final consolidation, loading plan and shipping arrangement should be confirmed by your forwarder.
Please share the warehouse address, contact details, cargo ready date and packing details. Then I'll arrange the shipment accordingly.
What's your defect rate / warranty period?
Our defect rate is around 2%, depending on the model and order quantity. We do QC inspection before shipment (product function, appearance, packaging, quantity).
We can cooperate with your QC agent or AQL standards. Our warranty period is 2 years. If the defect is caused by product quality, we can arrange replacement parts, replacement units, or credit in the next order.
What if 5% of lamps arrive broken?
Under EXW terms, our responsibility ends once goods are handed over to your forwarder. Before handover, we inspect, test and take photos/videos of every order.
If damage occurs after the goods leave our warehouse, it's likely a transit issue — the claim should be filed with the forwarder.
However, we will fully cooperate to investigate. If it's confirmed to be our fault, we will take responsibility — replacement or credit.
Can I inspect before shipment?
Yes, you can inspect before shipment. You can send your own QC inspector, or ask your forwarder / agent in China to check the goods for you.
Please let me know the inspection date, who will come, and what you want to check (quantity, appearance, function, packaging, labels, etc.). We will prepare the goods and cooperate with the inspection.
Do you send photos and video before loading?
Yes, we will send photos and videos before loading. We can show:
- Product condition
- Packaging status
- Carton marks / labels
- Palletizing / loading process
If you have a photo or video checklist, please send it and we will follow it before shipment.
Which brand of LED chip / driver do you use?
For this model, we are using standard LED chips and drivers in our quotation, which are reliable and suitable for most applications.
If your project requires a specific brand — for example, Cree, Bridgelux, Philips, Osram, Mean Well, Tridonic — we can upgrade to the brand you specify and quote separately.

Can you put my logo on the lamp and the box?
Yes, we can put your logo on the lamp and the box.
The printing cost depends on:
- Printing method (laser engraving, silk screen, sticker, or full print)
- Logo size and colors

If I develop a model with you, will you sell it to my competitor?
No, we will not sell the model you develop with us to your competitors. We can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your design.
If needed, we can also discuss an exclusivity agreement for your market— no sales to other buyers in your region for a defined period.
Your design belongs to you, we are here to support your business.
Can I have exclusivity in my city?
Yes, we are open to discussing city-level exclusivity. Normally it requires:
- A minimum annual order quantity
- A defined protection period
- Specific product scope
